1. Payment by Credit/Debit Card

Processing Fees:

• Visa/MasterCard Credit or Debit Card: +3% convenience fee

• American Express (Amex): +4.5% convenience fee

Note: As our headquarters is in Vietnam, banks issuing international payment cards may charge an additional commission fee for foreign transactions. Vietnam Marvel Travel is not responsible for these external bank fees. We do not include convenience fees hiddenly in our quotations.

Credit Card Fee Policy:

• A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

• This fee is waived for deposits.

• Remaining balances over USD 200 paid by credit card will incur the fee.

Deposit Requirements:

• A 10–20% deposit of the total tour cost is required (varies by tour).

• Deposit confirmation and travel documents will be sent within 24 hours after payment is received.

• Deposits are not subject to processing fees and are non-refundable.

Final Payment:

• Full payment must be received at least 2 days before your arrival in Vietnam.

• Payment upon arrival may be accepted only by prior written agreement.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Cancellation fees follow each supplier’s policy.

• Specific cancellation terms are listed under each cruise/tour’s Rate & Availability section.

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies), partial or full refunds may be provided depending on the circumstances.

2. Cancellation by Customers

• Cancellations must be sent in writing (email or letter).

• Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice.

• Once deposits are paid, they are non-refundable.

• Additional cancellation penalties may apply according to the schedule below:

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation & full refund: Up to 2 days before tour start.

• Less than 2 days before tour start: Cancellation fees apply according to supplier terms.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

3. Children Policy

Children’s rates are applied when sharing a twin/double cabin with two adults:

• Infants (under 4 years old): Free of charge (FOC), except for any domestic air tickets.

• Children 4–9 years old without extra bed: 50% of adult rate.

• Children 4–9 years old with extra bed: 75% of adult rate.

• Children 4–9 years old in twin share: 90% of adult rate.
