These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Vietnam Marvel Travel. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following policies:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
The balance payment must be made at least 14 days before arrival.
Bookings made less than 14 days before the travel date require full payment upon confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card (Visa/MasterCard), or cash (for in-person bookings).
All bank charges or credit card processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days before arrival – No cancellation fee (full refund).
29 to 20 days before arrival – 10% of total tour price will be charged.
19 to 10 days before arrival – 30% of total tour price will be charged.
10 to 4 days before arrival – 50% of total tour price will be charged.
Less than 4 days before arrival – 70% of total tour price will be charged.
No Show – 100% of total tour price will be charged.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
For unavoidable events such as flight delays, weather disruptions, or natural disasters, we will work with suppliers to minimize penalties where possible.
3. Amendments & Booking Changes
Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing at least 7 days before arrival.
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Name changes for flights, trains, or hotels may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, depending on supplier policy.

We act as a tour operator and agent for hotels, transportation companies, and activity suppliers.
We ensure that all booked services are delivered as promised and strive to maintain high-quality standards.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third-party providers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to obtain all required visas prior to departure.
Guests are expected to comply with the laws and regulations of Vietnam and all visited destinations.
You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trip.
7. Child Policy
Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (sharing bed with parents, no extra services).
