HANOI ARRIVAL – VIP FAST TRACK MEET AND GREET
Welcome to Vietnam, upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcome by our representative holding a sign with your name and our company logo on it. Our representative will guide you through fast-track security and visa services. After obtaining your visa and collecting your luggage, will lead the way to your awaiting guide and driver. You will be privately transferred to your luxury accommodations by our professional driver and an English-speaking guide. Stay right in the heart of the city next to the central Hoan Kiem Lake, with the fascinating Old Quarter right at your fingertips, you can easily explore the city at your own pace.

EXPLORE THE GLISTENING CAPITAL (B/L)
Hanoi is the country’s cultural heart, bearing traces of centuries of changing dynasties. At 8:00 am, your tour guide will meet you at the hotel lobby and take you to the key historic attraction of the city such as Hoan Kiem Lake; Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; Vietnam Museum of Ethnology the Hanoi Temple of Literature – a rare example of Vietnamese architecture back to the 11th Century. In the afternoon, immerse in the unique cultural experiences right in the heart of the Old Quarter.
And enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant before making a stroll around the charming Hanoi Old Quarter to explore the fantastic maze off the back street. Then walking to the busy streets of Nha Chung where every day is always busy by several food and vegetarians gather for sales. And stop at old France House for a tea break and talk to him and discover more about the change of the local people, life and listen to the story of a family in each period.
Step into the home of Mr. Liem, a passionate seventh-generation puppet maker, and performer. He is the creator of the mobile theater and new puppet designs. Visit his humble home and listen to his story and understand how his love for this traditional art grows. Then have a private show in his small theatre and learn the basic techniques of using bamboo rods to move puppets through the water.

DAY 3: HANOI – TRAIN TO SAPA – PRIVATE CABIN WITH VITORIA EXPRESS (B)
Have a free day in Hanoi – a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes, and oriental pagodas and temples dating back a thousand years ago.
You could visit the Ho Chi Minh complex, the Temple of Literature, History, or Ethnology museums or just have a walk around the Old Quarter or around West Lake. Please note that the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed on Fridays and Mondays and most museums are closed on Mondays.
Get back to the hotel and get ready for the night train trip.
20:30 – 21:00 Pick-up at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station for a night train to Sapa (schedule 21:50 – 06:30).

LAO CHAI – TAVAN – GIANG TA CHAI – SAPA (B/L)
The day is devoted to a beautiful hike through the breathtaking scenery of Sapa valley. Start by road that descends in the wake of the street Cau May (6 km) En route, admire the rice terraces hidden behind the mist of the morning, a truly awe-inspiring sight.
Follow a small track and cross Muong Hoa River and pass well-tended rice terraces on your way to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Continuing through the colorful rice terraces you will reach the village of Ta Van Giay. As you continue your trek along the Muong Hoa River you will cross a small suspension bridge, roughly 2km from the settlement. Here you can discover a fascinating collection of rock carvings. These engravings depict some beautiful images of man, stilt houses, and some beautiful decorative patterns. We lunch in a home in the village. After lunch, the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa.

DAY 5: TAPHIN RED DAO HILL TRIBE VILLAGE – TRAIN TO HANOI – PRIVATE CABIN WITH VITORIA EXPRESS(B/L)
Have breakfast at your hotel. Your journey will be mostly driving downhill toward Lao Cai, before taking a left turn into a small paved road leading to Ta Phin village. Here you can experience the unmixed cultural life of Black Hmong and Red Dao minorities, the 2 largest ethnic groups in the area. They live happily together while maintaining their own tradition from generation to generation. You can recognize them by dressing while they are both very famous for handicrafts. You will enjoy walking among local people. The trip also offers you the opportunity to visit the local houses. You will return to Sapa by car.
Then our driver will pick you up from your hotel to the train station. Take a night train to Hanoi.

DAY 6: TRAVEL TO MAGNIFICENT BAY (B/L/D) – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE
In the morning, check out from the hotel and get picked up by the Cruise. Take the most scenic route to reach Halong Bay, taking you across the Red River Delta with emerald green rice paddies stretching for as far as the eyes can see. On arrival at Halong, you get to enjoy a cruise on the Bay to explore the limestone rocks and the karst grottoes.
After you are done with your exploration of the bay, it is time to enjoy an utterly delicious seafood lunch, after which there will be a trip to the famous limestone cave in Ha Long Bay, you’ll get to spend some time here, kayaking or swimming so that you can get closer to the floating villages and shops. Towards the evening, you will return to the boat for an early dinner, followed by some time at leisure. You can optionally attend the activities taking part on the boat or relax for the day.

DAY 7: SUNRISE ON THE SUNDECK – BACK TO HANOI (B/L)
Rise early for a lesson in Tai Chi or just to enjoy a hearty breakfast. The boat will make its way back to the port stopping at the Limestone Cave, full of stalagmites and stalactites. From here, it’s clear sailing back to the main harbor and the return to Hanoi around 17:00. Free in your leisure time.

DAY 8: TRAVEL FROM HANOI TO HO CHI MINH CITY- FLIGHT INCLUDED(B)
Have some rest and free time until you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh.
Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your accommodation.

DAY 9: COOKING CLASS WITH MASTER CHEF (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, our driver will pick you up for Cooking Class. Follow our Chef through the vibrant Ben Thanh market to purchase a selection of ingredients for your cooking lesson. At 9:40 am our Chef will bring you back by Taxi to our cooking class.
Hands-on Cooking Class from 10 am till 1 pm.
In a warm atmosphere, participants cook all together following the steps by step our Chef, and everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques.
You will discover Vietnamese kitchenware to cook and enjoy a tasty 4 courses meal. MSG and “Knorr powders/enhance flavors” are of course forbidden!
We will adapt the menu for vegetarians or for people with food allergies, let us know your booking in advance so we can accommodate you.

DAY 10: TRAVEL TO PEARL ISLAND (B)
Have a healthy breakfast then transfer to the airport to take a flight to Phu Quoc Island –the most wonderful island in Vietnam.

Have leisure time today. Accommodate at the hotel.

DAY 13: TIME TO SAY GOODBYE – PHU QUOC DEPARTURE (B)
From Phu Quoc island you will be transferred back to Ho Chi Minh city for a departure flight.
Please NOTE: your international flight back home should be in the afternoon.
