1. Payment by Credit Card
We accept major Debit/Credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please contact our travel consultants to receive a secure SSL online payment link.

A 3% convenience fee applies to payments made via Visa/MasterCard (Credit/Debit).
A 4.5% convenience fee applies for American Express payments.
These fees are imposed by international banks and are not included in our tour quotations. We do not earn or conceal these charges.
To ensure transparency and mutual commitment, please carefully review our payment policies:
Credit Card Fees: A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. This fee is waived for deposits. Final payments over $200 paid by card will incur the fee.
Deposit Requirements: A deposit of 10–20% of the total tour cost is required (based on specific tour conditions). You will receive confirmation documents within 24 hours of deposit receipt. Deposits are not subject to processing fees.
Final Payment: Full payment must be completed at least 2 days prior to arrival in Vietnam. Payment upon arrival is allowed only by prior written agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellation fees are subject to each supplier’s policy. Please refer to the “Rates & Availability” section of your specific tour/cruise for full details. In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), refunds (partial or full) may be granted depending on the situation.
2. Cancellation by Customers
You may cancel your booking at any time by notifying us in writing. Cancellation will take effect from the date we receive written notice. Please note:
Deposits are non-refundable once paid.

Free cancellation with full refund if made more than 2 days before the tour start date.
Cancellations within 2 days of departure are subject to supplier penalties.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
3. Children Policy
Child pricing applies when sharing a twin/double cabin with two adults:
Infants (under 4 years): Free of charge (except for domestic airfare).
Children 4–9 years old:
Without extra bed: 50% of adult rate.
With extra bed: 75% of adult rate.
Twin share: 90% of adult rate.
4. Passport Requirements
A valid passport is mandatory for all travel. In most cases, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry and contain at least two blank pages. Check with your respective embassy or consulate for specific requirements.
5. Visa Requirements

8. Accommodation
Triple rooms are typically double/twin rooms with an extra rollaway bed, and space may be limited. Please inform travelers accordingly.

Room preferences (e.g., smoking/non-smoking, interconnecting, king-size beds) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
